Important Security Notice

We are aware that one of our third-party service providers, Shipley Creative, is currently managing a cyber security incident affecting parts of its internal systems.

Shipley Creative has informed us that the incident involved unauthorised access to certain systems, including ransomware activity. Their investigation is ongoing and is being supported by specialist IT providers, forensic investigators, law enforcement, Action Fraud, and the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

Based on the information currently available, some customer contact and marketing data may potentially have been accessed externally. At this stage, there is no evidence that any customer information has been misused.

Importantly:

• No banking or payment card information is believed to be affected
• There is currently no evidence of fraud connected to the incident
• Investigations remain ongoing

As a precaution, we recommend remaining vigilant for:

• Suspicious emails, text messages, or phone calls
• Requests for passwords or personal information
• Phishing attempts or unexpected communications
• Messages claiming to relate to your account or membership

If you receive any communication that appears suspicious, please do not engage with it and contact us directly using the contact details available on our website.
